As preliminary information, our offered financial trust entity is few-decades old domiciled in Zurich with no liens, liabilities or encumbrances. Asked price is 2.5 Million USD. No P/L within the last 5 years. An indemnity clause will be included in the contractual agreement confirming no debts attached to trust prior and after purchase. Entity also has Swift license with its own code and FINMA license which I will include at no cost. Entity has relations with Commerzebank but you will be able to established accounts at other banks at your discretion. Entity is eligible to be listed on the GDAX and STX should you ever decide to go pubic. Compliance officer is also with trust to assist with all compliance needs of your business.
The procedure is straightforward that should you decide to acquire, we will sign contract, payment is remitted to P.A. Johnson, Esq. trust account with Bank of America within 48 hours of signing contract. Upon bank compliance clearance (usually take a day or so), trust entity is conveyed, electronic documents of trust and shares are emailed to you and hard copies are airmailed to the postal address you provide. Conveyance is within 3-5 days if not less. Swift reconnection is complete within 2 weeks, in the meantime you can utilize bank's facility for any of your Swifting needs and FINMA is up to 5 weeks.
You also have the option to place trust on reserve if you are not 100% ready to settle in full right now but wish to remove from market, I will require a 20% deposit and then can settle in full within 2-3 weeks from date of deposit receipt. In doing this, this entity will not be made available to other interested parties.
