I am from India and looking to invest in existing small profitable Polish LLC with at least supervisory board seat. Company type should only be LLC. I would prefer to invest for expansion purpose instead of buying existing shares unless the opportunity is very good. I am flexible with industry but will avoid those companies which has any real estate property in their name as it involves additional permits from Government. After 2 to 3 years, if required and all goes well, I may invest more for expansion. I have 20 years of finance experience. I can also support company on adhoc basis if required. I have no intention to interfere with the day to day operations of the company.
